Girl's Ride Program Description & Coaching:

Our custom girl’s adventure camp will focus on skill development and take your girls' riding to the next level. Our PMBIA certified female instructors will deliver age and ability-appropriate lessons to their students. This creates positive learning experiences and ensures kids are getting the most out of their time outdoors and on the trails. With gradual skill progression and safe and fun guiding, our goal is to equip young riders with the fundamentals that they need to be safe, strong, and confident riders. Our coaches progress their riders through the 6 core MTB skills, over the course of the program.

Our coaches are PMBIA and Wilderness First Aid certified, and bring years of riding and instructing experience to each guided ride. Our priorities out on the trails are always: safety, fun, and learning. Through a combination of individual and group feedback, we make sure that each rider is being met where they're at, and taught the skills they need to thrive on their bike.

Our Ride Philosophy:

We see mountain biking as one big metaphor for life. Learn what your strengths are and refine them, find out where you're weakest, and practice and improve that part of yourself. Set your sights for the top of the big hill and climb it one pedal stroke at a time. Enjoy the views from the top, and then descend with focus and flow.

Major outcomes of our Girl's summer camp program are: improved self esteem; increased physical fitness and strength; resiliency and resolve; calculated risk taking, and pro-social values through new friendships and positive mentoring from our female coaches.
