Camp Description & Details:

We are so stoked to be able to offer camps at the Jordie Lunn Bike Park for 2024! This park literally has it all: world-class pump-tracks, jump & drop progression lines, and some of the best mountain bike trails on Vancouver Island, and with new trails coming for 2024 and professional trail maintenance crews this park just keeps raising the bar!

These camps are designed for all ages and abilities. Whether you're just starting out with your mountain bike journey, or you've been on the trails for years, we've got you. Our PMBIA certified coaches are experts in delivering instruction and guiding, and they can't wait to share their passions of bikes and nature with you!

During these camps you'll be encouraged to holler and hoot as you play on your bike, make new friends, grow your skills, and build your fitness and confidence. You'll be instructed in the six core MTB skills along the way, as each day you learn, practice, and improve your riding.

These camps are highly active, but structured so that riders have opportunities to rest, recover, and socialize throughout the day. As always we prioritize safety, fun, and learning for our riders.

The camp runs from 9am-2:30pm Monday through Friday. Your mornings are when you'll be coached, both individually and as part of group lessons. You'll have the whole morning to learn, practice, and consolidate your new skills and abilities. After lunch your coaches will split you into smaller groups and tour you through the park. They'll show you all the fun places to session your new skills, and guide you on adventurous loops through the park.

Prospective riders should be confident cyclists. Previous mountain bike experience is not necessary, but a keen attitude and a desire to learn will go a long way towards helping you make the most out of this experience! Riders should be reasonably fit and active, and enjoy being outdoors. Riders will be split into small groups according to age and experience level. We will strive to match you with other riders of similar abilities, or better yet your friends if you register together!

We can't wait to ride with you this summer!
